Complete the game as soon as possible without restriction
Detail explanation
1.In some cases, when the character moves,it will bring some lag frames, which can be avoided by stopping the continuous movement.
2.Only three (and five) enemies of the same kind appeared at the same time.after knocking down the enemy's explosive effect, the enemy will reappear until the end.
3.The position of the role will affect the location of the enemy, but the number of enemy soldiers is the same.therefore,by trying different mobile routes, can indirectly control the position of the enemy, and then get better luck or tactics.
4.Raph's killing efficiency is the highest of the four roles,so he has to be on the stage all the time.
5.There are more enemies in a two-player game,so choose to kill 1P or 2P to reduce the number of enemies(boss HP).
6.Although Mike and Don are the most efficient fighters in the boss battle.but keep Raph in the game,Don's three AB attacks will be more efficient than Mike,so i gave up Mike.
7.Boss has "super armor" time when attacking, such as stage 1 collision, stage 3 chain attack and so on, but there are exceptions.
8.Stage 7's snapping turtle can use its arrow legs (jump B) to trigger it to raise its shield,so that Don's AB can hit three times and interrupt its jump bite to hit three times as well.
9.When super shredder releases lightning bolt attacks, Mike's AB can hit three times, and it also brings some lag frames, but faster.
feos: I did an extra comparison and here what I got:
In 2 levels this run loses a bit of time to existing movies, but overall the level of play is significantly better. I can assume that time was lost due to character choice. Since this game is RNG heavy and also involves planning out the score (which gives extra lives that players can borrow from each other), redoing a single level would invalidate most of the future events. So implementing those known improvements would require redoing the whole run.
Nowhere does this movie look sloppy, the author does their best with their character choice, so I believe this movie is worth publishing as a considerable improvement. I also encourage the author to improve it even further through testing various character choices available upon turtle death and probably manipulating the bosses better. Amazing new run. Sorry I didn't comment on the first submission for this movie, but this is great. I'm amazed you saved so much time from xipo's run, and the score management was perfect at the very end. It's also good to see better use of multi-hits with Donatello's special.
Used to be a frequent submissions commenter. My new computer has had some issues running emulators, so I've been here more sporadically.
Still haven't gotten around to actually TASing yet... I was going to improve Kid Dracula for GB. It seems I was beaten to it, though, with a recent awesome run by Hetfield90 and StarvinStruthers. (http://tasvideos.org/2928M.html.)
Thanks to goofydylan8 for running Gargoyle's Quest 2 because I mentioned the game! (http://tasvideos.org/2001M.html)
Thanks to feos and MESHUGGAH for taking up runs of Duck Tales 2 because of my old signature!
Thanks also to Samsara for finishing a Treasure Master run. From the submission comments:

43 frames shaved off.
I'll be back later for comparisons.

Edit: Done.
I've gone one question. What in the world is going on in your Stage 1 again?

Unfortunately,i haven't compared Dasrik's video.can you send a copy in the forum? if i change stage 1 now, all the later stages need to be changed.i want people who want to improve to do it.
In addition, it is inappropriate to compare unfinished works.

Here's the WIP TAS that was mentioned last time.
No it isn't you're just telling yourself that.
If something that's incomplete for however long can still point to improvements that's including works of RTA being faster than TAS which has been a case in the past.
Especially when it exists you can put it into the time for researching on what someone else which you yourself just touched on then decided to be dismissive of it on your next sentence(?), especially when it's faster than you in this regard by 94 frames.
Then again, according to the forums to the other Submission, this Submission only took a day to make since it's the same file as that post's.
Especially when you add on the fact the other took 3 days to make.
Unless I have it wrong about the time according to submission's post and the other post, then this Submission was made 3 days and still falls into the boat of "how optimal is it really"?

Thanks for the comparison Spikestuff, and awesome job Geesk! It's honestly quite impressive to beat a WIP you haven't compared to. As for having this one single level that's 1.5 seconds slower, I'll quote Memory.
This means the overall level of play here is higher than in the existing records, one level just has known improvement (we only need to figure out why it's slower exactly). Since fixing that one level would indeed mean redoing everything once again, I don't think it's fair to still demand a new version of this TAS at any cost.
I don't think Geesk just maliciously refused to check Dasrik's WIP. Maybe some misunderstanding happened, and it wasn't perfectly clear what exactly we want, for a newcomer. The improvement we're seeing here is really impressive, and long overdue, so great job once again!
I also think it'd be fair to let the author decide whether they still want to push this game even further, or leave it for future, whoever does it.
Warning: When making decisions, I try to collect as much data as possible before actually deciding. I try to abstract away and see the principles behind real world events and people's opinions. I try to generalize them and turn into something clear and reusable. I hate depending on unpredictable and having to make lottery guesses. Any problem can be solved by systems thinking and acting.
Thanks everybody.
I know it's flawed, but if I change stage 1, all stages need to be changed.personally, the workload is a bit heavy for me.i'll improve the game better in the future, but i don't have much energy at the moment. i hope someone else can beat it.
In a word, I still think that when the boss dies, it's the real end, not the end of the operation instruction.

Would you like to check why Dasrik is faster in that level, so that information is complete?

This is the starting frame of dasrik's
This is the end frame of dasrik's
7566-691=6875
This is my starting frame.
This is my end frame.
7524-555=6969
6969-6875=94
so,i'm 94 frames behind him. There may be two factors,at the end,i had five more lag frames than him.and he chose Mike to join the boss battle.
Never considered how much improvement would be possible for this game, even beating sub-30 minutes!
Would be nice to see an improvement for TMNT 2 too (someday).

And I have absolutely no idea what this is either.

It's in the menu interface, input operation:up up down down left right left right A B, after that enter the option interface, can increase player's life, if this is not a violation,i have many new ideas to complete the game faster.
[16:36:31] <Mothrayas> I have to say this argument about robot drug usage is a lot more fun than whatever else we have been doing in the past two+ hours
[16:08:10] <BenLubar> a TAS is just the limit of a segmented speedrun as the segment length approaches zero

As Memory said, cheat codes are banned in most cases, but I'd still want to hear your ideas.

BossHP can be reduced by sacrificing 1P or 2P in advance, so, with more life, can kill boss faster.
If not allowed, it can only be achieved by controlling the role score.
but I still have new ideas.maybe I'll show it in the next improvement.
