Super Baseball Simulator 1.000 is an SNES sequel/updated re-release of Baseball Simulator 1.000 on the NES.
Like in the original game, there are 18 different teams from three different leagues.
The ultra league gives the teams different powers for a completely different experience.
You can also customize your teams with the editor and also make an original league for the season game.
Game objectives
- Emulator used: BizHawk 1.11.6
- Aims for fastest time
- 2 players
- Uses an in-game editor
I used an editor to give max stats to one batter and one pitcher.
The only drawback to the editor is you can only select the ones digit, the thousandths digit in the batting average, and the hundredths digit in the earned run average. This was not the problem in the NES original, but was addressed in later sequels.
The improvements to the editor include changing the color of the team's uniforms, editing the team name starting with the first letter, and earned run averages don't need to be distributed completely.
You can set the length of the game before you pick your teams. For the Ultra Power, you can set the power points to unlimited before the game starts.
Exhibition game
One inning game
Player 1 picks Boston and Player 2 picks the edited team. Player 1 is assigned to the team's manager while Player 2 controls the pitching and batting.
We get to the bottom of the inning as quickly as possible for Player 2 to score a home run.
There are so many methods of getting three out in a row including a triple play.
This run could be improved by assigning only the important stats.
