Super Boy II is a pirated copy of Super Mario Bros, originally pirated to the SG-1000, the pirated game also made it's way to the Korean SMS as a direct port.

the previous submission from nitrogenesis misses alot of time saves that may be hard to spot. in this game the screen updates every 4 frames, so it's important to spot any place where it doesnt take 5 frames to update. places where it will take 5 frames to update is if you collect too many coins at once, hit a block from below, or run on a falling platform. there's also weird properties with Mario's speed which I dont exactly know myself, however after some experiments I believe I got some pretty optimal speed changes.

Nice optimization! The funny thing about this game is that Mario jumps like in a Mario Hack I don't remember the name, and it's surprising that the author make the flagpole as the block and the block at the bottom as the flagpole. The game is also laggy that you touched some fire and nothing happened, nice thing to take advantage.

Just watched this. It's clearly a rip off of the original Super Mario Bros. and The Lost Levels, with absolutely poor game mechanics. That being said, I found this to be more interesting than I thought it would be. I was actually really entertained by 2-2 jumping from enemy to enemy. Weak yes vote.
