I hope you enjoy this run. Thanks Bisqwit for TASVideos, a place for us TASers.

Nach: I'm usually bored out of my mind watching others play sports. This movie seemed to start out as no exception. But then after a couple of minutes it got rather hilarious to watch. It seems others agree. So with a consensus of 0 to 0, I'm accepting this.

I couldn't watch it because it kept desyncing, so thanks sgrunt for encoding and uploading the run. This is a very entertaining run to watch. I love the way it gradually builds in action, which is the reason it kept me watching. Edit: I forgot to say the commentator sounded like he was having an orgasm the first time you jumped to thirty-something goals. "Yes! Yes! Oh! Oh!" Funny stuff.

\o/ 30 Yes Votes already! Thanks people, I worked hard for it, trying to do it with most entertainment possible, luck manipulation, finding glitches, etc. I showed this for some friends and they loved this. I think my next TAS will be a soccer PSX game, Winning Eleven or FIFA. I'm starting to plan it.

hehe. Poor Argentina. I'll try to explain some glitches, but it's hard cause I've a bad English.

I would really like to hear how some of these glitches are performed. Some of them are quite baffling.

There are too many great moments here to reference just one. This is an amazing superplay, and Angerfist is right to say that it probably deserves a star. Yes for this.

I didn't know what to expect, but I watched it with my brother and we both enjoyed it and laughed. Yes vote. While not star material, certainly very amusing.

Now that I've watched it again, I have to ask why didn't you play on the highest difficulty setting?

When I saw the title of the game, I immediately expected to see a glitch-fest & wasn't disappointed with the result. I knew some of the bugs, but not all of them, so it was a nice unexpected run. I really loved the penalty kick moment. Voting yes :D

Besides just showing the cool glitches, you also balanced out everything very well over the course of the game. Well planned what to show when to provide a nice variety. I hope you will make more entertaining TASes :)

Cause I can't to do some glitches playing with this difficult, and cause the movie would be more boring. I tested.

I don't know ALL the technique behind the glitches. Almost all of then are just exaustive hunt, I'm a good glitch hunter. But I'll try to explain how to do some bugs. FODA will translate for me.

Great job Marco, hope you will pick another soccer game to work on.
Would be nice, but maybe not immediately, cause I'm so busy with my job and study. Probably I'll do another TAS(es) before the year end up at least.

I'm with you. This run DESERVES a STAR really. This run is a freaking essence of what most of us like (and strive for) here. One of the funniest movies on the site.

I've put the final encode on youtube: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PTaF3-NvKi0 Marco is writing the descriptions to the tricks, but it is a long text. When he's finished I'll update here.

Easily one of the most entertaining speedruns I've seen in SOME time. Very very amusing stuff. I think Oh no OWN goal is definitely gonna catch on at least in my inner circle when I show this video to all of them.

ok, while this movie is really funny and well played, it is no star material and not the best TAS of the years 2009 and 2010 ;) however, I give the TAS a 10 for entertainment and 7 for tech quality

Um... maybe you're right, but will be hard to find one that is more fun than this one, and I mean it! Congratulations Marcos!

This movie was hilarious! I've already watched it three times and am planning to show it to some friends when I get the chance. I'm really curious about how you set up some of those glitches. One question - I don't really follow sports at all, but the fact that you set up a "Brazil vs. Argentina" matchup hints to me that there's a real-life rivalry there. Is this the case, or did you just randomly pick a couple of teams? By the way, I was having troubles with the movie desyncing because the "clean fastrom setting" option was turned off (I wasn't allowed to change the setting, either). I ended up having to hex-edit the setting into the movie file directly. Does anybody know what happened?
