This is odd...It desyncs for me once you get to the area with the monkey on the very first star...Mario just starts jumping around, then falls down and starts trying to grab things underwater...I've tried it with several different plugins to no avail...

I thought it was meant as a joke, to fool us thinking that you had already done TTT :D.
You are making awesome fast and awesome optimized progress, wonderful to see! Keep it up.

Nope, no desyncs here.
Badass glitch you use to get through the mountain (not that I didn't watch this part of FODA's run). Also nice solution on the after-slide-thingy star. Still looking awesome.

Didn't desync for me. Looked awesome! Did you have to redo Tall Tall Mountain again from scratch? I noticed you are even further ahead in time then you had said earlier.
No desync this time, and the run looks fantastic. Although the last star might be improvable. I don't actually know if this is faster, but you can use the bouncy box to reach that mushroom.
Could the trick that was used at the beginning of the slide (that I think involves pressing the C up button) be used anywhere else in the run to save time?
There are only a few places where you can even get above running speed with it over any distance. Princess's Secret Slide works, but it doesn't save time because you need to turn around afterwards. In Snowman's Land, you can get up to glitch speeds by doing a triple jump up the snowbanks around the course's edge and then turning and hitting C-up. It doesn't carry far enough to be useful. The only other places I know of where you can gain extra speed are in TTM, but if you're going down the steepest slope in the basement, a perfectly timed C-up does save a few frames.
I have confirmed that this glitch can gain you enough speed to glitch through walls, but not in any useful places.
Trying 127.0.0.1...

I'm no expert on this game, but wouldn't it be faster to collect star #6 first, talk to the pink Bob-omb in the igloo to open the cannon, and shoot straight up to star #1 (and maybe stars #4 and #5, though I've never successfully pulled it off)?
Just out of curiousity, after the 120 star and CCC TASes are done, would a TAS of getting all 2092 coins in all 15 courses interest anyone?
Excluding infinite coin glitches, or maybe one coin per glitch.
