235 frames faster.

Now 33 frames faster than last WIP. Better zipping and killing enemies with shurikens.

Some very rough WIP, 109 frames faster, due to attacking first enemy, better zip and more aggressive use of the shurikens.

Now 4 frames faster due to removed lag. No more lag reduction is possible.

Frame rule is beaten. 50 frames faster than xipos movie.

20 frames faster. Needs more testing in the laggy section.

Some progress.

Can't beat the frame-rule, one frame too slow. Saved 10 frames from lag. 2 frames needed to be saved to start 1-4 earlier.

Improved 1 frame (2 lag frames).

4 frames faster, 3 frames in 1-1, 1 in 1-2.

Improved one frame over my last WIP. Now matches Xipo's time in that stage.

Improved the beginning a bit (about 30 position units). Needed to delay a frame to avoid enemy attack. Lost two frames due to unavoidable lag. Can't efficiently jump over the last enemy after boosting of the other enemy (Branch 8). Branch 7 finishes the level, but 1 frame is lost. Branch 4 has the best position gain, but it it's to far away to hit the last enemy and to close to the enemy before the boxes.

saved 12 frames over my submitted movie.

Fucking bullshit, I lose all my inprovements (10+ frames) in this level at the enemy at frame 22370. I can't efficiently bypass it.

Saved 40 frames so far.

Improved the mid boss fight by 5 frames, but I lose time on the climbing section, because the steam cycle is different. I lose 17 frames after the last climb.

This game makes no sense.

Branch 5: I can save 103 frames in 1-3 and somehow managed to save 12 frames in 1-4. I lose 91 frames in 2-1, because I can't pick up the aimbot shuriken. Compared relatively to the start of 2-1 to the published TAS it's extremely slower.

Branch 8: Saved 3 frames in 1-3, couldn't reproduce saving frames in 1-4, lost 2 frames. In 2-1 I can get the aimbot shuriken, but it isn't faster than Branch 5. Lost 8 frames compared to Branch 5 Compared relatively to the start of 2-1 to the published TAS it's equally fast.

Comparing Branch 5 and 8, 8 is 8 frames faster.

Using a death in 1-3 saves 85 frames, but costs ~100 frames afterwards in 2-1, because it isn't possible to get the aimbot shuriken powerup, which can beat the snake miniboss in 2 cycles.

I made one perfect cycle with normal shuriken, but I can't do anyother perfect cycle.
