Small improvements in 1-2, double damage boosting with only losing one HP in 1-3 and optimizing punch boosts on invisible walls, boss redone for having more gloves for second boss.

Can do automatic optimal speed cycling, jumping considers the animation of the character - 1f delay when it's 4.
Jump height, direction are controllable by markers or hotkeys.

Totally 78f faster than v3, 520f than published.
1-3 is 3f faster than v3.1 WIP due to better lag reduction.
1-4 is 10f faster than v3 due to better pushdown and added landing boosts.
Now licks the first pole 12f faster than last WIP.
Sliding down is still unoptimized, very high jump which probably can't go any lower. Inputs sadly can't be distributed.
Jumping down the void while grabbing the pole might save a rotation step.
