Are there any test roms? I would like to see that as I have always wondered the accuracy of some GBA emulators (like VBA-M, no$GBA, higan, etc.). Even just a few test roms could make a start for an accuracy test page.

Are ANY GBA emulators particularly accurate yet?

In my experiences No$gba is more accurate than VBA, even VBA-M. But it can be less pleasant to use due to lack of options compared to VBA. Haven't ever used other emulators though. There's some Dragon Ball game that gave some adapter-or-whatever error on VBA when you were about to go to an arena or something, but it ran fine on No$gba. Some other games gave similar issues on VBA but I don't remember which (it was several years ago).

You can never measure accuracy in "working games vs games not working". There could also be that No$gba is less accurate and therefor that game "works better". (I have not actually tried to verify the accuracy of VBA-M or No$gba)

Based off a random demo... VisualBoyAdvance-M is the closest to accurate emulation... Kirby's Nightmare in Dream Land. Link to video

I think there might be emulation differences between the real GBA and the gameboy player, but I'm not sure. It's back when I was speedrunning Kirby & The Amazing Mirror. If you let the title screen demo play, on gameboy player, the game would become significantly laggier. You could easily notice there being more lag during room transitions and when moving around. This lag could be cleared by resetting the game and going through the title screen without letting the demo play. I think this lag behavior is not present on the GBA handheld. Maybe this information is relevant, I thought.

In Crash Nitro Kart the game itself is laggy. So calling that to use as an Accuracy test might be acceptable.

There's a capture devices for the original DS right? Can that be used to record how fast Gameboy Advance plays said games?

Not sure how reliable that would be, as a DS is (obviously) different hardware from a Gameboy Advance.
