Hello. I have been a fan of TAS'ing for a VERY long time, being amazed by the skill and speed the player moves in your guys hands. I randomly decided to learn to TAS so that I can see what it's like. I have one question first, what NES game should I TAS for my first one? Thank you for your time in reading this, -MuffinRobot

"Game choice" is a weird way to TAS, imo. Just play games normally and if you find yourself wondering what a TAS would look like, that's the game you should TAS. That will give you much more motivation to learn about the mechanics, etc.

'lo and welcome, MuffinRobot, to tasvideos, enjoy your stay! Couldn't exactly tell you what game to TAS first, though my recommendation would be Super Mario Bros. It's a neat a simple game great for learning some of the concepts of TASing. It also has some very optimized runs that serve as a base and is thus, very well documented. There are other games in its mold, but I think SMB has the best blend to it. So, have fun.
