Hey tasers! This summer I am going to Iceland, Reykjavik. I am not very well informed what to do or see there. Are there any Icelanders or people knowledgeable to who could give some suggestions on what to eat and where to go and what to see, etc? If someone has the guts to meet up, that would be cool too. :)

Oh, come on, you know that everyone hates Iceland. Anyway, have fun there.

You should try to contact Blublu and schneelocke. IIRC they are both from Iceland, but they don't seem to be around anymore, so they probably won't notice this thread.

Warning: When making decisions, I try to collect as much data as possible before actually deciding. I try to abstract away and see the principles behind real world events and people's opinions. I try to generalize them and turn into something clear and reusable. I hate depending on unpredictable and having to make lottery guesses. Any problem can be solved by systems thinking and acting.

Lots of ice, at least. And maybe some polar bears.

Soviet Russia is greater than you think, dude
I thought Soviet Russia doesn't exist anymore. (But perhaps that's just what they want us to think...)
Haven't you seen the Simpsons episode "Simpson Tide"? Ofcourse Soviet still exists, they just want us to believe otherwise. To return to the original topic: I have heard that bathing in a geyser heated "pool" is supposed to be nice. Also since you're Swedish, check if "När & Fjärran" or "Packat & Klart" have gone there, if yes, there might be some recordings of their reviews on YouTube.
