Tried to find some good screens on my own.
Didn't quite find "the one", but I thought I might still as well post them.
Btw: What? Mega Man took off his helmet in midst of a heated fight and I didn't even notice at first? (happens during the Magic Man rebattle) :p
There was a moment in Pirate Mans stage where you did a slide in the air above a row of spikes. I can't cap it myself but that would be my suggested cap... for what it's worth.
<i>A little rudeness and disrespect can elevate a meaningless interaction to a battle of wills and add drama to an otherwise dull day.</i>
A quick note: with AGTP's translated "Megaman and Bass" ROM, the run desyncs after the Dynamo Man revisit. (All the previous runs had synced properly with it.)
The run itself was awesome. When I saw the graphic corruption going on, I burst out laughing. The glitching was awesome too. Definite yes vote.
Its all going a bit Missingno in this here TAS. Nice improvement, I also noticed the jumps are more optimised (jumps that took 2 ice wall uses in the previous version only took 1 in this). Awesome job, yes vote.
Didn't dynamo man stop blinking here and there? I will just assume that the fight was faster that way or that he was invisible none the less.
Can someone please explain why the graphics get corrupted, this time?

You should see the original Rockman & Forte run by Gigafrost, which FractalFusion's Forte run obsoleted. That hints at what a glitchless run would look like. It's definitely entertaining, but it gets a lot more repetitive due to longer boss fights (especially Tengu Man) and doesn't skip the King fight. For what it's worth, I think there's still plenty of fast unglitched action in this run too, but that's pretty debatable.
However, an unglitched 100 CDs run would be a bad idea, since the game is designed to require you to use both characters to get 100 CDs. Rockman is needed because of the Rush Search ability, and Forte was needed because of his Gospel Flight ability to reach some CDs. The zipping glitches allow the CDs to all be collected by Rockman without having to play the game twice. It is not possible to get all CDs with Forte alone.
Used to be a frequent submissions commenter. My new computer has had some issues running emulators, so I've been here more sporadically.
Still haven't gotten around to actually TASing yet... I was going to improve Kid Dracula for GB. It seems I was beaten to it, though, with a recent awesome run by Hetfield90 and StarvinStruthers. (http://tasvideos.org/2928M.html.)
Thanks to goofydylan8 for running Gargoyle's Quest 2 because I mentioned the game! (http://tasvideos.org/2001M.html)
Thanks to feos and MESHUGGAH for taking up runs of Duck Tales 2 because of my old signature!
Thanks also to Samsara for finishing a Treasure Master run. From the submission comments:
The start of any bug report is to document the what and when. We know the what (garbled graphics) and you know the when.
When you know the when you can start looking at related stuff and go from there.
I hava written how to perform the glitch in there and there
When I made this run again I found the bug is triggered by T.blade.
It's the question why T.blade could trigger the bug.

There seems to be a lot of blank frames at the end of the movie that arent neccesary. How come theyre there?
It's the same trick to mess graphic up by T.blade.
I wonder if a glitchless run would be different enough to warrant being published in a separate category.

Agreed. I don't see the point of a glitchless 100 CD category when it's gonna be twice as long, really. I'm fine with separate any% categories for Rockman and Forte though.
Voted YES, BTW, on this awesome movie.
After finally getting the time to watch this movie, without having seen the previous one or even being that familiar with the game, I must say, I was impressed.
It started out entertaining enough, you moved swiftly through the stages and it was entertaining just looking at Mega Man dancing around, especially anytime you had to wait. The warping using the ice wall was damn cool, too and so was killing Tengu Man with one single Crash Bomb Remote Mine. In General, I liked how you had uses aplenty for weapons other than the standard peashooter.
Lastly, what's up with the graphical glitches later on?
Also, is Wily humping the floor?
Still, it's an easy yes vote from me.

Incredible run. Very entertaining and a clear yes vote. The pirate man stage is one of the best TASed levels I've ever seen. Certainly star worthy imo.
