Just letting you know that I'm not purposefully delaying judgement on this. This is an obvious outcome...so stay tuned!

Just letting you know that I'm not purposefully delaying judgement on this. I am having to weight this "goal" differently. Plus, I kinda burned myself out the previous week with all the submissions I judged.

Thank you all for nominating me! I'm glad my work TASing this wonderful platform payed off! I really hope I inspired someone to TAS Flash games. I think it's a very underrated platform with a lot of untapped TASing potential.

Woah, I won TASer of the year, thank you voters! I'm glad other people are enjoying the console verification work as much as I am. It's an extreme grind, but I still think the results are cool every time I see a new TAS working on console. More challenges lay ahead, let's go!
Congratulations! You deserve it!

Ok...this submission has gotten out of control. I placed this on delayed, because I wanted to think this over before I made a comment. First off, from the beginning...we have had conflicting movie files passed around. Because we have members that are able to perform specific tasks, I have taken advantage of their efforts without having to create an environment for me to test in. So thanks to mohoc and Spikestuff for helping out. (Yes...I will be creating one soon for my own independence.) Second, I want to use this thread to communicate any updates and changes that will help move this submission towards publication. I've taken the word of our members, and we now have a few problems to resolve. Mixed movie files and new or combined authors. Let's start with this...curhob. I need for you to clarify your involvement with the 960 frame movie. Are you working with BlackWinnerYoshi? If so, you need to specify that here. If not, then your submission has been beaten, and the point of this submission has been quelled...unless BlackWinnerYoshi was participating in clearing up the FPS debacle. So let's clear this up first, before we proceed.

Curious if you have made any progress on this. FYI...we don't typically allow a status of "Delayed" for long periods of time. If we see progress, usually a month is the most we can offer.

Greetings Walgrey. As you have stated, this run is in fact slower than the WR....which can be found here: Link to video. Since this run is so short, I'm extending the opportunity for you to further experiment and see if a faster result can be found. Because the WR times it from the start of the race...we may be looking at a rare situation here that needs to be handled differently. But first...please see if you can find a situation that can be accept without community disagreements. I'm placing this submission on Delayed, pending your response and/or further optimization.

Even though I have replaced the movie file (without concern, mainly because the existing one wasn't usable anyway), I am not able to verify it. If someone can do so, I can go ahead and take care of this submission. Thanks.

After performing my initial analysis, I see that at 14 seconds...the jumping is a bit off. Maybe you can explain this for me. Since I am also not able to set this up, I can only go by mohoc's encode. It would seem that not pressing against the blocks can help you keep moving.

There is one detail that I'm trying to figure out before I pass judgement on this. I've tried to get this information from your submission, but maybe I'm missing something. I apologize if I'm not seeing what I need. Can you explain the time difference between your run and the WR? I know you have stated the difficulties in comparing the two, but this is one of my details that I need clarification on. I will say this, this run varys a lot. For the areas that I can compare, I see clear domination over human effort. So if you can give me those detail differences, I can go ahead and finalize this submission.

You can't skip the keys, you can clip up after the locks, but the screen transition isn't there.
I haven't looked into how these games are made, but apparently there is a common engine being used here. I actually discovered that clipping when I did Xanthiom. I see that it is being used fully here. As for the screen transition...yeah, I completely get that. You can get lost into an area that doesn't exist and not be able to return. Also, if you didn't know...I love these VHZC Atari games. I was excited to see this and I had to claim it.

Slopes: Running on slopes, up or down, is slower than on flat ground or in the air. I didn't realize this until level 16, so on level 7, 11, and 13 some time is lost on the slopes.
How much effort would it be to go back and fix this, and what do you think the optimization improvement would look like? I assume that the "lag reduction" would be an issue thereafter. I ask this, because I don't want you to have to suffer an obsoletion, when we can fix this now.
