PS: I'm on windows 7 BizHawk 2.2.2

Anything i do, BizHawk closes. Please help
My first thought would be to try change the N64 plugin to Glide64mk2 prior to loading any ROM. Bizhawk uses GLideN64 by default, but the improved feature set and more accurate emulation has a more hefty requirement than some of the alternatives.
I'm not as active as I once was, but I can be reached here if I should be needed.

So my computer is having the same issue, but changing it to Glide64mk2 doesnt fix that issue for me
It run well on my computer (this Glade s**t)...
It run very well with all graphic bugs who kill me after have laugh and laugh and laugh and l....
I think that his real name is Glade 64 jokes!
Seriously, I found more than 11 graphic glitches in less than 1 hour, playing Castlevania LOD!
Jabo was more accurate, even if not préfer!
And not possible to record in MP4 format, WHY?
I put this version 2.3 in the trash and I think doing the same thing with 2.2.2, when I will have finish my tries on SMS game.
For instant I'm back on BH 1.13 just for TASing CastleLOD.

No, no it isn't. You are quite far from the truth.
Jabo is a hack in itself.
Actually if you want to talk about "accurate" you should be bringing up the Soft Plugins of N64. Those are Accurate to Console.
Glide64 is actually more accurate, it's actually able to get something like carpet in Peach's Castle to Render out correctly instead of being missing like in Jabo or for another case. Shadows.
(Yes the image is showing off angrylion's RDP but the point across on what Glide can do and Jabo cannot still stands)
GlideN64 is the step up from Glide64 offering much more accuracy in game environment and textures.
---
Anyways you have other GPU options.
Rice - Which no one should recommend.
GlideN64 - Most Accurate and Highest Compatibility
Glide64mk2 - Tweaks of Glide64 provides more enhancements over.
Glide64 - The Original Accurate Plugin (that isn't soft).
Alternatively. Get something that isn't a toaster if your system is a toaster or run at a lower resolution if resolution is your problem.
Edit: Also as updates have stated. Jabo was dropped due to not being 64bit compatible.

G64mk2 had a little problem when I use the expansion pak in high resolution, but I haven't searched more because I wanted to TASing so...
I posted it in bug report section and go back to the old version!
And like it, it's more accurate?
I come of test this with G64mk2 and I find it's very nice for create a glitch, not you?
And yes, I think than the graphic style is bad!
Watch this:
bizhawk 2.3 with G64mk2
bizhawk 1.13 with jabo
Maybe that it's more accurate, but it's bad.

Yeah I just checked mine and the portraits and text are fine on GlideN64.
My version. Using USA.
Question. What's your Graphics Card?
It might be a GPU issue.
Edit: Actually do me a favor to confirm a theory.
Can you load up Super Mario 64 with the Glide plugins and just show Mario's face.

I think it's not a graphics card problem, I have a very good computer and I can play the last games released on PC.
But maybe it's the cause, I'm not a PC expert!
you have surely much more knowledge than me on this subject.
I play US version of Castlevania LOD, but I'm sure it's not the problem...
I go to verify this later.
Yes it's possible, I can load SM64 and show his face... After my diner!

zoboner, please try latest gliden64 on some newer n64 emulator that can show all the options gliden64 has. m64py would do.
If you can find some options not present in bizhawk that fix your problems with gliden64, we can add them to bizhawk so it works there.

Ok, I found a solution for the graphics problem!
I don't know why, but when I delete and replace Glide64mk2.dll and configure this video plugin like I do habitually, it run well and I have a very beautiful video (better than Jabo!).
But it have always the problem with the low mode of expansion pak, indeed when I use the high mode it run well, but if I use "low" I have this bug:
I search with m64Py to find a solution!
It have the same problem with this configuration...
Restart tomorrow.
Why mp4 video recording was removed ?

I do have the same problem and haven't seen any solution for it.
Has anyone who had this problem, figured this out ?
It crashes on Bizhawk 2.x but works fine with 1.11.9 though.
Just a heads up for those who had this problem too.
It seems to work fine with Bizhawk 2.3.1, at least it does for me. And I can finally try TASing N64 games with the latest emulator.
