The last three digits of the timer is a speedometer. I'm not sure why it replaces the digits on the timer, but i guess that's just the way they made it.

It is a gecko code that places your speed value within the millisecond section. Some TASers record 2 video files and use chroma key(?)(idk if I'm using correct terms) to move it to another position. Is it possible to edit game files so it's displayed on screen but I don't think anyone of us knows how to do that.

Does the main Dolphin revisions support lua yet? I recalled reading lua support for some Zelda TAS (TWW?) but I don't remember if it was mentioned ever about porting it to main Dolphin. If it exists, may be able to display values without using 3rd party software or cheats.
