You don't have a community to actually live on that site. And that's why we don't know an English-speaking alternative to TASVideos. But in China and Japan, such communities exist (and are huge), simply because of the language barrier with us (and some other minor reasons) and strong video services alternate to youtube.
Warning: When making decisions, I try to collect as much data as possible before actually deciding. I try to abstract away and see the principles behind real world events and people's opinions. I try to generalize them and turn into something clear and reusable. I hate depending on unpredictable and having to make lottery guesses. Any problem can be solved by systems thinking and acting.
Is this about players who are beginners and have had their movies rejected for being not optimized enough? Then why would they go to your site? Can they seek advice or discuss games on your site? Why are you trying to split the community? To me this is like trying to steal users and rob them off the possibility to seek advice and improve themselves.

I was actually wondering about this today, while browsing through niconico. Do these communities have actual websites like tasvideos? I was skimming through video descriptions on niconico and didn't notice any.
And puppy610, please don't take submission rejections here personally. As others have already stated, Super Mario World has been one of the most optimized TASes done, since this website launched in 2004. The "warps"% (formerly 11 exits) alone, has been obsoleted 9 times, over the course of a decade. That's 10 years of accumulated knowledge; a monumental effort for even the most skilled TASers to improve upon.
There's still plenty of good games out there, on multiple systems, to work on.

Yeah, um, good luck with this. I mean you could just keep learning and getting better at TASing and engaging with this community, but why bother doing that when you can start a whole new site purely dedicated to people who never listen to constructive criticism and never learn from their mistakes?
