Probably the hardest part of this is to make it a Confirmed entry... and I mean... REALLY hard.
Prime example Spongebob. The show has too many memes that are actually confirmed, but the actual show isn't.

TASing isn't a meme, so I don't understand why it would be on a site about memes.
Speedrunning isn't a meme either, but an entry was made for it some time ago and its still a submission. So I don't really see a problem about it.
Also, videos of games beaten very fast using super human skills sounds meme-ish to me.
I don't think it's the best of ideas to artificially come up with (currently non-existent) memes, or classify some one-off joke that someone made 4 years ago as a "meme", just for the sake of adding them there. That's not what memes are.
The "color-a-dinosaur" could perhaps be classified as a meme because it has been used repeatedly for years. Besides that, is there anything else?
