Hey, i Wonder if it's possible to Hex Edit on VBA :P ?

Yes. Here's the VBM file format description. You'll probably need that in order to understand the VBM file you're going to edit.

Unless you're going to edit the header/information, you only really need to know the button IDs listed under Controller Data. With that, you can just hex-edit the VBM the traditional way, using a hex editor.
