When the analog stick of PSXjin is pushed down to the circular outside, the movement speed becomes faster than D-pad.

I resumed this run. The analog input recorded in the range of the square became so fast in comparison with the D-pad input. Is this permitted? Link to video

That looked fantastic! Great to see that you are working on this again. As to the velocity thing, I am assuming that pushing the joystick all the way allows speed that isn't normally possible due to the plastic of the controller. It probably falls within the same reasoning governing the use of left/right and, if so, then it is certainly allowed. However, this is just what I have gathered from your posts. The lua RAM watch is difficult to see in the video. If you upload the lua file somewhere I can check this out.

Fantastic video! Just like Mukki I think this analogue stick speed boost trick is just like Left+Right or Up+Down tricks we use in other games.

Im predicting sub 1-hour on this TAS now. I know its a very extreme stretch, but I think it will barely be possible. Good luck pirohiko! btw, Have you confirmed if PSXJin emulates the ending yet?

The following is an approximate recreation of my reaction to the news that you're working on the Crash run again.

Awesome! Very entertaining. That glitch into the secret area never gets old. Do you know how much time you saved compared to your last WIP?

It is faster at present than PCSX-RR's PXM for approximately eight seconds.

Holy ***** ... Mind.... Blown. That was batshit insane. When this gets done, it's TAS of the year for me. Awesome work so far pirohiko, just one question, the stop in the middle of Crash Dash (Level 5), where you stop, crawl in a circle, bodyslam and then go to the BONUS, what is the reason for that stop?
