Goals:
   * Completes the first set of Rounds (Rounds 1, 2 and 3)
   * Completed in the fastest time possible
   * Manipulates luck
   * Uses glitches
This is my second TAS of this game, which obsoletes my previous one by 119 frames.
I discovered a sliding glitch which allows you to move at a much faster speed than just walking. This is done by pressing away and then forward twice in quick succession. I also did a few small optimizations from my previous TAS that I wasn't aware of before.
Round 1) This is mostly the same as before, only that I stay slightly more to the right than before. This allows me to still beat the opponent in 4 side-steps, but I'm more to the right, which not only helps in Round 2, but also saves 6 frames for this round as the opponent has less distance to walk. Even the smallest distance more to the right won't allow me to defeat the opponent.
Round 2) This is again mostly the same; the combination of the sliding glitch and being more to the right than my previous TAS means that I can attack earlier, and save using a whole punch. This saves 39 frames.
Round 3) This is where most of the frames are saved and the sliding glitch gets to shine. In my first TAS, normally defeating the opponent was just 5 frames slower than using the side-step glitch again, but this time I save over a full second. This is mostly just by meeting the opponent much earlier than walking, but doing this saves punching two times extra and also being able to attack earlier. With the new glitch, beating the opponent in the traditional fashion is significantly faster than side-stepping.
Unless there's yet another glitch I'm not aware of, this is fully optimized.

It was tolerable, but if it was any longer then 1 minute, then it wouldn't be. I vote yes

I guess it's alright. Any longer and it probably would've been boring, but as it is it's pretty decent. Sure, why not.

I have to give this a meh. It's boring as all heck, but it does obsolete an existing movie. While I don't think the original movie should have been published due to poor game choice, we can't exactly unpublish it now.

Still the same boring stuff. How fortunate it's very short. Voting yes only because it's an improvement to a (somehow) published movie.
http://www.youtube.com/Noxxa <dwangoAC> This is a TAS (...). Not suitable for all audiences. May cause undesirable side-effects. May contain emulator abuse. Emulator may be abusive. This product contains glitches known to the state of California to cause egg defects. <Masterjun> I'm just a guy arranging bits in a sequence which could potentially amuse other people looking at these bits <adelikat> In Oregon Trail, I sacrificed my own family to save time. In Star trek, I killed helpless comrades in escape pods to save time. Here, I kill my allies to save time. I think I need help.

Voting no for being too long given the quality of the game.

I really dont get what was so boring for a 27 second movie, and besides, the way you teleported and suddenly beat the second round was funny so I vote yes.

I prefer the old movie because you're falling right through the street.

Agreed. However, this movie was funny in a different way. With the sliding trick, it's like you're start out so amazingly eager to punch the lights out of the green-haired guy! But then you get closer, and you're moving slower, like you're doubting yourself. In any case, this is pretty amusing for its length. Nice improvement, and Yes vote.
Used to be a frequent submissions commenter. My new computer has had some issues running emulators, so I've been here more sporadically. Still haven't gotten around to actually TASing yet... I was going to improve Kid Dracula for GB. It seems I was beaten to it, though, with a recent awesome run by Hetfield90 and StarvinStruthers. (http://tasvideos.org/2928M.html.) Thanks to goofydylan8 for running Gargoyle's Quest 2 because I mentioned the game! (http://tasvideos.org/2001M.html) Thanks to feos and MESHUGGAH for taking up runs of Duck Tales 2 because of my old signature! Thanks also to Samsara for finishing a Treasure Master run. From the submission comments:
Shoutouts and thanks to mklip2001 for arguably being the nicest and most supportive person on the forums.

As I say, I'd deleted this game as the example of bad game choice Because it has already published. By the way, I vote YES for such a great improvement and great run.......

For publish: Description: Urban Champion is one of the most memorable games for the Nintendo Entertainment System, where two normal-looking guys trade blows in front of your favorite neighborhood drugstore, in broad daylight, pausing to look nonchalant and whistle in innocence when a police cruiser passes by. Alternating between high and low punches, and fast or slow jabbing speeds, you seek to outwit your urban adversary and knock him backwards, a screen at a time, until finally he falls to his death by plummeting, helpless, headlong into the darkness of an open sewer-access manhole. In this run, the author decided to divert from the traditional method of killing your urban adversary, instead choosing to smash his opponent through the solid ground.
