Goes for fastest time

WarioWare Touched! Is a game where you have to think fast... Random games will be shown and you will only have around 5 seconds to complete them, however, the further you go, the faster the game goes, it will keep going faster and faster until you go crazy, just like the game. this game can be funny, wierd, especially random, and discusting... This is a fun game for people who likes to think fast. (see also WarioWare Inc, WarioWare: Twisted! and WarioWare: Smooth moves
FractalFusion: Setting to "needs more info", as no one has been able to play the run back successfully on DeSmuME (except possibly the author, maybe not even) and there is no way to view it otherwise. If there is no response after a while, I will set it to "cancelled".
FractalFusion: Setting back to new, as we have figured out how to make it sync.
To sync, it is required to set the GBA Slot to "GBA Game" and select any GBA ROM that you have.
FractalFusion: Unfortunately, this game is not well-suited to being entertaining. There were a couple interesting parts, but they were few and far between, and the cutscenes were too much. I'm rejecting this run. Better luck next time.

All Warioware Tases are boring. It's an inescapable truth of these games. If it's now so fast that the watcher can't even SEE it being solved, then it's even more boring. Try another DS game, though! I think you'll do a good job.

This desyncs for me; a game over occurs during the second set. Did you use any special firmware settings or change anything else that might affect playback?
That having been said, what I've seen suggests this is largely cutscenes / waiting for the next game to start and the balance is extremely technically simple gameplay which goes on for a very long time. As such, it's terminally boring to watch.
I vote no.
*The number of rerecords is not important, why would you rerecord a lot if you do it perfectly the first time.
*Watch the run by yourself before voting please. We are asking about YOUR opinion.
Waiting for an encode too
A higher number of rerecords is important, because it basically means more OPTIMIZATION. This run does not appear optimized at all. Also, i found a youtube video a long time ago which completed the "swat!" boss without even seeing anything. So this run is balls.
It synced, but who gives a crap? It was boring as hell.
It's one big shit sandwich, and we all gotta take a bite.

Sorry to go slightly off-topic, this is a bit general, but related so this movie (as it has relatively few rerecords).

How do you know something is perfect without rerecords? The most basic thing, pressing a button on the first frame possible, requires quite a few rerecords to perfect... you only know approximately what is the right frame. Even if it looks fast, it's still trial and error to find the absolutely earliest frame possible.
This is a 50+ minute TAS, and has probably lots of situations like this... even if no things like lag reduction, luck manipulation, strategy testing, route planning etc is required for this TAS, and only pressing a button on the right frame is needed, the rerecord count is very low.
What also generally true (although you might be able to find exceptions), is that if a TAS does require things such as lag reduction, luck manipulation, strategy testing, route planning etc, (which require lots of rerecords), the game is generally more interesting to see TASed.
I haven't watched this TAS yet, and I know the number of rerecords displayed can be easily edited etc, but the number of rerecords used to make the TAS is not completely unimportant I'd say, as it can be an indication of some things.

Calm down guys, and let's keep the angry comments to a minimum.
The thing about WarioWare is that it's a great game for short attention spans. There are only a few types of task to do which you repeat a bunch of times, which is fine with multiplayer games on a real console because you swap between your friends playing them. However, for a TAS, this gets really repetitive; there's also not much that a TAS can do to make the games exciting ("almost failing" can only go so far).
So to expand on what TwistedEye said, WarioWare games aren't really suited for TASing. There was already a WarioWare TAS submitted here, and it didn't get great feedback.
I can't watch this without an encode, so I won't vote yet. However, when one comes out, I'll check this out and see if there are any nice surprises. I do think that it's important, though, to see whether your TAS beats existing records; NitroGenesis suggests that people have done faster runs on some of the minigames.

Still haven't gotten around to actually TASing yet... I was going to improve Kid Dracula for GB. It seems I was beaten to it, though, with a recent awesome run by Hetfield90 and StarvinStruthers. (http://tasvideos.org/2928M.html.)
Thanks to goofydylan8 for running Gargoyle's Quest 2 because I mentioned the game! (http://tasvideos.org/2001M.html)
Thanks to feos and MESHUGGAH for taking up runs of Duck Tales 2 because of my old signature!
Thanks also to Samsara for finishing a Treasure Master run. From the submission comments:

After some experimentation, I've discovered that specifying a game in the GBA slot that matches what's in the ini file (WarioWare Twisted) causes the run to sync.
I make no further comment as to the acceptability of the run as a result of this.
To those wanting an encode: I'll be encoding this one.
As for the run, it synced for me thanks to the INI file DiamondPhoenix provided (basically, you need a ROM of WarioWare Twisted in order to play it back), but it was pretty much on the boring side. This gets a Meh vote from me (because the cutscenes were somewhat entertaining).
EDIT: Encode is up:

Thanks for the encode, fsvgm777. However, I couldn't make it 10 minutes through this movie. When the games are solved too quickly, there's nothing worth watching but cutscenes. Sorry, but this is not a TASable game at this rate.

I watched this in DeSmuME. Unfortunately, there were hardly any entertaining parts. The best parts were the "Escape" (~24:00), the shooter part (~29:00), the "write note" (~32:00), and the entire 9-Volt round (~40:45). There isn't much otherwise, as cutscenes make up a large part of this run.
