New WIP! Game Clock time: 8:45 http://dehacked.2y.net/microstorage.php/info/1227801512/Banjo-Kazooie-TAS-Sami-%28USA%29.m64 Couple of things: When I go collect Orange Jinjo there is really hard jump, almost impossible in real console. If you have wrong angle, Kazooie break hatch and jump away :p In green room, I kill last two Crabs by using eggs. I get more time to climb upper area and be just there where Jiggy comes and I skip rolling Jiggy showing. Inside Clanker, second blade room. Its faster walk than jump throught the blades.

Just amazing, Sami. The route planning and execution was spotless. Running through all those razor blades without invurnability is so badass. Good job.

I loved it. I especially liked the little things like gill boosting towards the end, and kazooie jumping from one cubby hole to another without using the feathery flap. :)

This is quickly becoming one of my most anticipated TASes. I especially liked the running through the blades without invulnerability. Nice work.

Yes, the blade run was nicely done. Mad props for this one, Sami.

Is it really necessary to break open the house containing eggs or 1up in Mumbo's Mountain? Will the jiggy appear with less houses broken?

No, you have to break them, the jiggy is always the last thing that comes out.

Next WIP could you post a savestate, so I don't have to sit through the first 3 levels again?

That should be up to you to make save states while watching the run...

Now I start planning Bubblegloop Swamp route. Its almost same as marshmallow because those crocodiles have to shoot same order. I can collect 5 Jiggys with crocodile-Banjo.

You're doing great, Sami! The route planning for this game has got to be insanely hard to do, and the run's looking great. Keep it up. :D

Thanks. I have to redone little part in CC (again!) but only in second blade room to end :) I need those yellow feathers in Bubblegloob Swamp so I take more them in second blade room. In BS I kill those yellow frogs and take some "swamp notes" with yellow feathers.

After the ~1.5 second startup delay, are gold feathers really quicker than using jump & B? If you hit B soon enough you only peck once before landing.

If it's the first time you've ever used it, you have to configure the plugins before use, go to Options > Settings, then select a plugin for each category, then load the rom and load the m64, hopefully it will work.

Not me. My encodes take way too long and are massive filesize when doing any N64 section more than 3ish minutes.
