Continuation of this movie by me and Walgrey.

I redid Cook Ch. 1 and Cook Ch. 2 to take advantage of RNG manips so we needed fewer ingredients per dish, and tweaked Mabel's Farmhouse and Kitchen 1 to collect a different number of items to setup this RNG (RNG is largely controlled by number of items collected).
Probably not done here... we'll see. The other levels could definitely be re-optimized, especially since my level tweaks were primarily focused on a quick RNG proof-of-concept, not on perfect optimization. Cook Ch. 2 might have another second to save through further RNG manip and experimentation.
