I'm really surprised how detailed this game is. I have found 13 more frames, from two different areas. One, a frame from edging out an obstacle. Two, the last boss fight.
In my search to regain the 7 frames that I lost, due to a frame rule...I discovered how to exploit the collision detection and turn around maneuvers.
Instead of figuring out the mysterious 7 frames lost, I found 30 more from various places across the entire TAS.
Because there was a 7 frame loss, after one stage, I had to go back and see if I could figure it out how to get that 7 frames back. Unfortunately, it appears that this TAS can't cut enough to change this situation, which could be a frame rule.
