Yeah, i'm going to take a break on my rocket TAS, bobmario511 (the guy who made the Chameleon Twist tas) and I are going to TAS this. I will edit this post later to include a WIP.

After about 5 minutes of watching videos I finally concluded that I haven't played this sequel. I thought I saw in a video that you can latch onto walls with your tongue. Can this occur anywhere or just on certain walls, and is it useful?

Yeah you can do it on any walls, it will only be used a few times though (i've already used it once to save time but we'll see how many more times it will be useful).

So far this game seems to offer a bit more, so this may be better that CT1

You lost the TAS? How is that possible?

I moved everything from my desktop to my laptop and my TAS's movie files were spread out, and now I think I've gone and deleted it like an idiot. :X Oh well, I don't know the game well enough to do the full game, but it would definitely be interesting.

I have uploaded the WIP of stage one to youtube here. Kyman14 and myself would like feedback as to wether or not this would be an overall entertaining run before we get to far into this.

I already found CT1 to be somewhat meh and unfortunately, CT2 doesn't seems so be so different to me. Sure I'd watch the submission and vote for it, but not with something better like 6.5 in entertainment, I guess.

I wouldn't consider this game to be overly entertaining, although you guys seem to have a good grasp of TASing it and I think it complements CT1 well. I agree with ShinyDoofy that it's probably within the 6.5 to 7 entertainment category, but I guess that depends on how long the TAS would be. If it's over 30 minutes I think you may struggle to keep it entertaining. I'd say that you should at least provide a WIP of level 2 to give everyone a better representation of the run before coming to any conclusions.

well, at least this chameleon finally looks like a chameleon. But 6 minutes for the first stage? ouch. I like how the levels are way bigger and prettier than the first game, but if every stage is this length, I dunno..... If the run will be something like sub 40 minutes at least, I'd say keep going. And yes, I'd agree with Mukki and say you guys are really grasping 3D TASing well.

So far the 2nd level looks more entertaining and is harder to optimize in my opinion.

Just to keep everyone updated we're redoing the first level and within the first minute we've already saved 43 frames.

Well I have found a few new tricks, and we expect to save about 10 seconds from our WIP. But not for a while.

Since I learned a bit more about the physics of this game, I might try it soon.
