I have noticed that in Upthorn's submission, he seems to have passed up on a very early 280 frame reduction by simply pressing Start at around frame 110. I would make an edit of his video, but I do not know how to splice in this new input and make it properly sync.

I assume that you could edit the movie with a hex editor. But I am not the person to ask when it comes to knowing how to edit the movie, sorry.

If you hex in the 280 frame improvement, there's no guarantee that it'll be able to sync. Even so, 280 frames on the slow-paced Chaotix movie is kinda a meh improvement anyways.
