For some time now, Snes9x has had a huge bug, in that it goes at incredible speeds even with frameskip turned off. Reinstalling had no effect, nor does changing the speed from 100%. Has anyone else had this problem and been able to solve it?

Go into Options>Display Configuration and check Automatic Frame Skipping
