Seconding Anon's very old post's suggestion of Pocky & Rocky. I think a run of that could turn out to be both fast-paced and entertaining (and fairly short too).

I believe Mr. K started a TAS of this game. Or maybe it was the sequel?

nitsuja had a WIP that felt more like a playaround than a speedrun. There were issues with desynchs in the old snes9x builds that kept him from finishing IIRC.

Would also like Doraemon 4, a 2-player Super Mario Bros.-style platformer. However, 2 players = 2 character voices which wastes time. Like in Doraemon 2, Suneo moves faster than all the other characters.
I like Doraemon

Hi! Clock Tower is a great survival horror point-and-click adventure video game, it's short so I think it won't be that much a problem, I wonder though if any bugs can be exploited to finish the game fast. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Clock_Tower_%281995_video_game%29 I hope someone can TAS this game, it will be very nice :D

There are Clock Tower TASes on nicovideo. Try searching for the game's japanese name and the tag TAS

The game I most want to see a tool assisted speed run of on the SNES is Slayers. I haven't been able to find anything other than videos of a casual play through of it and I'm interested in seeing how fast the game could be done if it was tool assisted.

I'd be interested in a run of Pac-Man 2: The New Adventures. I don't know how tedious 100% would be, but seeing just how fast the game could be pushed would be interesting enough to me.

Here's a small list of my potential games, if anyone wants to try one: Home Improvement (Has a topic I think) Pac-in-Time Radical Rex (I started a short WIP a while back) Phantom 2040 (Also has a topic) TwinBee - Rainbow Bell Adventure (Japan) Mickey no Tokyo Disneyland Daibouken (Japan) Magical Pop'n
Current thoughts: Hachiemon (J) for GBA.

I'm surprised that no one's done a Drakkhen TAS yet. I think a pretty tight run ought to be possible, especially since grinding is essentially unnecessary.

Another one for the list: Lord of the Rings Vol. 1. It's so horrendously buggy, there has to be a way of bypassing some of the fetch quests in this -- in fact, at least one of them is known to be skippable thanks to a bug. And a TAS should be able to get past the Ringwraith and potentially save a huge chunk of time that way.

I think it has been mentionned earlier and that some guys were interested on a TAS of Ogrebattle. Would be sweet to see how a TAS of that game would be... I think there would be ton of luck manipulation there. :) I also like the idea of Pac-man 2.

- Lemmings There are wall zipping tricks and other skips that Lord Tom didn't use. The game suffers from lag when you show too much on screen, so I think it should aim for ingame time (lag-ignored).
