Required items: Bucket, Keys, Paddle Ball, Quartz, Feather, Gold Coin, Piranha, Coal.
Skip animation by throwing feather just when previous animation ends. It can be done in real-time speedrun but requires frame-perfect timing. If you throw fourth item too fast, then game can crash.
Boss legs must be killed first. Legs have 2 HP. Torso has 50 HP.

From what I've seen of this and compared to the RTA record, this is a pretty straightforward game to complete quickly. There's small optimizations throughout that make this submission faster than the RTA record. I also found it interesting that there are apparently three correct items to finish the game and that the joke item is also the fastest of the group to collect.
