Merry Christmas, Happy Easter, Happy April Fools! ...wait what do you mean none of those are today? Nah dude you're hilarious ya got me there for a sec.
Anyways, this is a tool-assisted speedrun of the homebrew game Garbagefield Saves Christmas, a Vinesauce Joel memefest, holiday themed choose your own adventure game for the Sega Master System. It was created by Ian M. Burton, otherwise known as Zero X. Diamond. This TAS achieves the true, canon ending to the game (as established by the game creator) and reaches the credits ASAP.
The only technical thing is that sometimes you have to wait 2 frames instead of 1 frame when skipping a textbox. This game has a few graphics bugs but it's something that happens on most emulators. I decided not to include the "REMIND HIM LATER" option at the start since that's entirely optional and is not considered canon by the creator, as it's only a post-credits scene not affecting the actual ending.
...Umm. Yeah there's not much else to say other than I thought making this would be funny.
Maybe an all endings TAS could be made or an all deaths since Garbagefield dies a whole lot in this game, but it would be kinda complicated due to what classifies as an ending or death and there would be so much more flashing images, it might not be worth it.
Thanks for reading :)

nymx: Claiming for judging.

nymx: Well, I don't have much to say about this....except that it syncs, and it was fast.

So, multi video track has been placed on the mirror link: But that doesn't mean I didn't make single video tracks, cause I did: Reduced flashing script when I remember later. V:

It's an avs script, which is for encoding, and really isn't important to anyone for whatever reason if they're going to consider reencoding it. Which is part of why I am not in a rush to push something out to something that's recently encoded/published.
