This submission is a 0 frame improvement over my previously rejected run of American Idol for the GBA - #7374: ShesChardcore's GBA American Idol in 10:58.71 I feel that with the improvements that have been found and implemented that this TAS will be deemed good enough for submission and eventual TAS of the Year award.
List of improvements:
0 frames were saved in the menuing portion of the game, including an additional 0 frames during character creation. Further still, another 0 frames were found during the song selection process. Some songs are shorter than others, leading to 0 frames saved through optimal song selection.
A further 0 frames were saved in every song, including the 2nd one which I had previously thought was optimal and unimprovable. I'm shocked that I managed to save 0 frames there.
Thanks to Logan for reminding me that I saved another 0 frames by optimization of ending input.
Total frames saved: 0
Thank you in advance for the upcoming publication of this run. With all of the saved frames this all but guaranteed to be accepted and I will accept the TAS of the Year award ahead of time with humility and grace.

So as explained by the author, the objective of this movie is still optimizing for shortest time, and any shorter movie will obsolete this. Accepting.
