I used fceux 2.2.3 as the emulator
i used the nes bios that comes with fceux on ntsc mode
I used;
  • backwards fast acceleration
  • the bug that allows you to jump on piranha pipes (dunno if it counts)
  • Wall jumping
  • hitting a wall to stop your dimensional speed
    • Wall clip
    • Wrong warp
    • sprite limit exceed (hitting the vine to make the piranha plant not spawn in 4-2)
    • Wrong hitbox (hitboxes dont always contain the entirety of the enemy/projectile this allows for clipping through so without taking damage)
i did a little mistake by slowing down on 4-1, and i couldnt fix it as i noticed it var too late. completely forgot 1 firework doesnt make you lose time lmao
the game was finished in 18408 frames even though it says 18418. it hits the axe in 18408

Masterjun: Hello and welcome to TASVideos. I'm cancelling this submission. It simply aims for the fastest time and is slower than our currently published run. Take a look at our Movie Rules, especially the part at the top, where precisely this scenario is talked about. Especially take note of the part where you may lose your submission privileges.
Submissions are only for completed movies without mistakes. If you simply need a place to share your TAS, use the user files.
