Post subject: Clip Left 16px instead of 8px?

In some games, the artifacts off the edge of the display extend as far in as 16px (Super Mario Bros 3, Kirby's Adventure, etc) Is there a way to get FCEUX to further clip the left edge of the screen by another 8px to properly center the screen and cut off the extra artifacts?
