Without glitches.

Tricks

Portals can be entered one frame faster with the correct aim angle.
Being in mid-air when exiting a level and entering a portal the player will warp to the portal position from the old level in the new level

Other comments

arandomgameTASer's run is fast, Arcree2's run is faster, but mine is fastest.

Noxxa: This homebrew skirts the line of notability, but I can see enough external references of it floating around on the internet, so I'll give it a pass.
While voting results were decent, the very brief and scarcely comprehensible nature of the run make it hard for me to see the run as faring up well enough for the sort of entertainment level that a Moons TAS should be at. So, I will accept this movie for the Vault. If post-publication ratings prove me wrong though, I'll update the tier for this run accordingly.

I don't know why I like this game. Great TAS, very short but much more interesting than a lot of other A2600 games

I like this TAS. Quick work of a glitchy game just like Halo 2600. I guess this is what happens with insufficient play testing :)

Now all we need is to set up a loop of input that continues to rack up the score indefinitely. A looping input like what happened to Super Mario Bros. 2 (J) at some point. Nothing changes after the first 10 levels, I take it? I'm sure no one minds watching over 2.5 screens flipping through per second indefinitely. Definitely a fast run, in any case.

Nicely done. Some of the levels go by so quickly it seems like they're finished before they're even drawn. Definite yes vote!

Wow. I'm honored to have one of my works run on TASVideos. I've been watching this site's content since 2005, and it's provided me hours and hours of entertainment. But, I have to say, of all the games of mine to see, this is certainly the one I'd have expected to see the least - to be honest, I didn't even think anyone remembered this at all! This game was made in batari Basic - a BASIC variant programming language for the Atari. Combining the fact that it's a compiled language (and therefore less efficient than pure ASM), the meager capabilities of the 2600's processor, and my teenage-level programming inexperience, it's pretty easy to see why the game is so broken. To that end - getting to see it so thoroughly trashed is an honor! Love it. Thank you!
