I know there has gotta be an option for it, but i cannot find it for my life. Anyone please post where/how to change that please!

It (the latest Windows executable) is available at: http://nvdata.pilif.ch/snes9xw-improvement5.zip (version 5) Snes9x 1.43 improvement v5 Newest change(s) in this version: * Made "Pause When Inactive" an option in the Settings dialog, so you can turn it off if you want Snes9x to keep playing games when it isn't the active window. If you also want sound to play while it's inactive, you can set Sound Driver to "FMOD DirectSound" in the Sound Settings menu.
