I KNOW! RIGHT? :D
IT'S TERRIBLE!!!
P.S. It's the move where I have to adjust the gravitational acceleration at the ladder part with the jet so I can jump on top of the ladder one frame earlier (it's in the previous WIPs but I only discovered it in Knight Man's stage). I missed two of these in Yamato Man's stage so I think it will save two or three frames total for that stage! When I post my WIP you'll see what I mean!

It's about time you posted on here! :D
Thanks for your support! It means a lot! :D
This is going to be the most fastest movie ever! :D
GUYS! YOU WILL NOT BELIEVE WHAT I FOUND!!!
If you press up and down on the controller at the same time you can slide while your on a ladder!
I think this will save a sufficient amount of time on my Mega Man 6 speedrun! :D

Very nice work mm3. The ladder trick is something you can spot and its a nice addition to otherwise a glitchless game. Looking forward for further progress.

I was doing some boss tests, and it is incredibly boring. Centaur and Plant do nothing except to Wind and Tomahawk respectively, and no other attack does more than 1 damage to a boss, with one exception: Flame does a whopping 2 damage to Plant Man. It could possibly be faster than Blizzard due to no lag, which Blizzard Attack is known for, but I highly doubt it. Maybe if Blizzard and Plant Man's rooms were near each other, but unfortunately they aren't.
However, Power sparked some interesting results; it does 2 damage to all bosses (the charge-up also does 2) and has a knockback effect when charged, which can trigger strange movements in Plant Man, Blizzard Man, Flame Man during his flaming floor attack, Centaur Man before any attack, and really messes up Yamato Man. With tests, if you can manipulate Yamato Man to fire a spear to the opposite side of the room and you use Power charge-up shots and space yourself properly, you can get really close to killing Yamato Man, while he runs and gets knocked back repeatedly by Power. It takes 14 shots, and he only gains a short distance (if TASed).
One thing though is that the final boss (Wily 4) takes damage to all attacks, including Plant, but excluding Centaur. Power charged up and Tomahawk both do 4 damage and Knight does 2.
Blah, what boring results. But maybe the information will be helpful incase you wonder if other attacks are good against bosses (they're not) and save yourself some time.
That's a pretty kick ass glitch
does that mean you are nearing completion of the the TAS?
Sage advice from a friend of Jim: So put your tinfoil hat back in the closet, open your eyes to the truth, and realize that the government is in fact causing austismal cancer with it's 9/11 fluoride vaccinations of your water supply.

Yessir! :D
Also, I found another thing that will save me a frame each time I grab a ladder. Usually when I do the ladder glitch I would have to grab a ladder (which takes one frame) and take two frames to climb back down so he will be in his stance position. But by pressing up and down at the same time I only have to take one frame to climb back down. I did the ladder glitch four times total in Wind Man's stage which means I'll have to go back and redo the stage. It's okay though since I only have to start again from where the first bottom of a ladder appears where I do the glitch.
I know it's at the end of ALL THE WAY in the first room but I'm still motivated to do the whole stage again (yes, even the horrible room 5)!!! :)

Can anyone tell me what's the RAM address of MM6's random number generator?
