Now. For the bottle adventure here is what Acryte has in his youtube video details:
HOW TO DO BOTTLE ADVENTURE:
1. Deplete Deku Stick Supply to 0 (Ghoma (Deku Tree), Statue (Spirit), King Dodongo (Dodongo Cavern))
2. Get fish in bottle (In Zora’s Domain after Jabu)
3. Plant Bean in lake hylia (When should this be done?) I can get the silver scale pretty fast and escape from there to plant the bean
4. Become Adult
5. Go get hoverboots early (In Forest Temple)
6. Beat Forest temple (To get rid of shiek)
7. Ride beanplant to Fisherman's Pond
8. Go Fishing (20 rupees) (Anibus should drop this) (If not, boulder in DMT)
9. Equip Hover + cast fishing line (v1.0 only) (In Fisherman’s Pond)
10. Move to door w/ line cast
11. Go back towards ToT (Take owl for fastest way, if it wont allow owl, backwalk)
12. In Hyrule Field,(Not in Lake Hylia) pause and unpause. This puts Deku Stticks on B [DON'T PRESS B!!!]
13. Empty bottled fish and catch it again (In Hyrule Field)
14. Do backflip and then press bottle button and then B before you hit the ground. (puts bottle on B) (In Hyrule Field)
15. Go to ToT
16. Put fish on c-right and make sure Deku Nuts aren't equipped (not sure but to be safe). (Inside ToT)
17. Become child
18. Become Adult (light arrows are now on B)
19. Perform Ganon Early (bomb-boosted hover method since you don't have a sword for swordglitch method)
20. Perform Ganon's Tower Skip w/ bomb
21. Use bottle to reflect the energy ball
22. Hit him w/ light arrow
23. Pause and equip sword.
24. Hold him down w/ attacks (easiest w/ quickspins) till he is dead in 1 cycle.
whether you need magic or not is still untested but since it drains the bar my guess is yes.

DIRECT ROUTE:
1. Spirit (Get bombchu's, and kill yourself). You need RoS to teleport outside and die.
2. SAVE/QUIT
3. Kokiri Forest
4. Lost Woods
5. Goron City to Dondongo's (get bomb bag). Take out King Dodongo. (See if you can glitch through the ground and get into the Boss Room with a bomb.
6. Hyrule Castle (learn lullaby)
7. Lon Lon Ranch (get bottle from cucco game to deflect thunderbolts)
8. Zora's river (blow boulder, grab cucco to bypass waterfall. Also, buy magic bean for later)
9. Zora's Domain (Skip King Zora and get into Jabu Jabu with roll)
10. Jabu (There should be two bombchu's left although only one is needed since bombs are available)
11. Get silver scale in minigame and exit to Lake Hylia. (Ill try some tricks and see if I can get to Lake Hylia without getting the scale. This would save some time). Plant bean, take owl to Hyrule Field. (Can the cutscene appear for Ganon and Zelda if I take the owl? Also, can the fairy at death mountain be avoided by going to the fairy in Hyrule Field?) If so, go to her and then to the ToT. If this doest work. Follow like below.
*12. Kill yourself after planting the bean in Lake Hylia
*13. SAVE/QUIT
*14. Kokiri
*15. Lost woods
*16. Death Mountain
*17. Magic Fairy
*18. Take owl and follow on from there
*19. Hyrule
*20. Ganondorf Cutscene
*21. Temple of Time
* mean that it wont exist if #11 is correct.
Adult Route
1. Temple of Time
2. GraveYard (get hookshot)
3. Shadow (Get hover boots and exit)
4. Kakariko
5. Death Mountain
*If necessary, Great Fairy as an adult)
6. Goron City
7. Lost Woods
8. Forest Temple (Complete Forest Temple. Get the bow and boss Key. Try glitching into the room below and levatating up to the elavator might be worth trying) <-- Suggestion from someone
9. Kokiri
10. Lake Hylia (going to the domain and glitching under the ice might be worth trying) <-- Suggestion from someone
11. Steal Rod
12. Then do #'s 8-18 in the How To Do The Bottle Adventure part above.
13. Temple of Time
14. Ganon's Castle (Seam walk and then superslide and then enter Ganon Castle)
15. Ganons Tower (enter spirit chamber collect all jewels and kill the beamos to get an additional 5 bombs, hit diamond and collect 20 bombchus)
16. Ganon's Central Tower (use bombs bombchu's and explosives to beat all three rooms)
17. Ganondorf (use bottle to deflect thunderbolt and then pause and equip sword)
Then you can continue as normal after that
