Mouse support is being worked on but it takes time because the code is not easy to understand due to Nitsuja not leaving a lot of comments. We all wish he was around to explain things to us (or even help us code).

There is joypad support, at least in the input scanning, but I don't know how good it is, it seems to be "converted" into key-presses (including the joystick angles) which feels very inaccurate. It could be that the game you are trying to TAS are reading the joystick input using a method that is not hooked. Could you tell me which game it is? We might be interested in adding it to the list of games for which are unsupported so we can test things against it.
