Emulator details

  • No wiimote extension
  • Sync gpu thread on. This can be turned on by right clicking the game in the game list, and selecting properties.
  • Texture cache accuracy slider in the middle fixes some graphical errors.
  • If any controls are mapped for IR, it can potentially desync after the movie ends.

Japan? Where did I mention Japan? My association with Pokonyan game was all about the game’s total stupidness (which is not a reason to give this submission a «no» vote, because I find it still quite interesting). Also I am not blind and I see French names in the credits screen.

I'm going to accept this movie to Vault. Still need to try syncing it.
Warning: When making decisions, I try to collect as much data as possible before actually deciding. I try to abstract away and see the principles behind real world events and people's opinions. I try to generalize them and turn into something clear and reusable. I hate depending on unpredictable and having to make lottery guesses. Any problem can be solved by systems thinking and acting.

Yesterday I discovered that the European version of this game (a disc-based release known as "Pucca's Race for Kisses") contains two extra chapters that are absent from the WiiWare version. You can see them in this recently-uploaded longplay video. Link to video With this in mind, I consider this run to be incomplete.

I recall in the past there was a run that obsoleted an earlier run because the newer run had more levels. I don't remember what game that was tho.

This movie reaches the credits, therefore this movie is complete by our rules. As a matter of fact, a hypothetical TAS of Pucca's Race for Kisses would most likely not obsolete this TAS, due to the differences being more substantial (i.e. more levels). In fact, we've recently published a Toki Tori TAS that does not complete all levels, but still reaches the ending, and that one was initially rejected because we had an all levels TAS published and would've superseded that one, and we've largely done away with superseding as a whole. ...Not to mention that the original WiiWare title (Pucca's Kisses Game) was also released in Europe, which I assume has the same content as the North American version, based on my understanding.
