Hi, I'm new here. I'm Andy, and I have a few questions... When I downloaded dolphin 3.0-735 (latest) it gives me an error about VCOMP-100.dll, so I downloaded that, now it just says "The application was unable to start correctly (0xc0000007b) I figured that I'd download a newer version of dolphin because I want to try SSBB Home Run Contest, but now I'm stuck :/ Any ideas on which version to use? I have a Windows 7 64-bit. Also, is it possible in order to TAS SSBB, to use one of those adapters that lets you play with GC Controller? It would be much easier for me xD

The error means that you are missing some Windows components to run the emulator, these are not shipped with Windows by default. You can get these components here: DirectX Runtime Visual C++ 2010 Runtime 64bit

Thanks much man, I downloaded C++ 64 bit and it solved my issue. However I went with just regular 3.0, would it be better to go back and download 3.0-735 for TASing purposes? :D

To TAS with Dolphin, you will want to use 3.0-678 or later, as those are the most sync-stable with GameCube controller input. I would not recommend the old 3.0 release. Also, it is possible to use a real GameCube controller through an adapter in Dolphin. Just map the buttons in the GCPad menu.
