Mods, if you really, truly feel like removing the entire contents of a post is absolutely necessary (which I personally believe should only be the case for things like blatant spam and illegal content, but I'm not making that argument here) please just delete the post (and contact the user privately to let them know why). Replacing it in its entirety, as above (and unsigned, too!) just makes everyone wonder what it said and feel like the mods are being autocratic.
A warb degombs the brangy. Your gitch zanks and leils the warb.
It is clear after deleting three posts, that it was not going to stem the derailment, and thus, I decided to edit Fabian's post to show that I was actively moderating the thread. I tried to leave as much of the relevant discussion intact, while removing the direct and non-relevant personal attacks against both slowking and I, as well as removing useless commentary.
Things that were removed from that thread included personal attacks, commentary on how the thread was going negatively, and now, recently, commentary on how the thread was being moderated. None of these things pertain to TASes of OoT. I am not perfect, and I just did the best I could to try and fix the issue, and force the thread from continuing its downward trend after the video I posted.
All that said, I took your advice and signed the post.
Sage advice from a friend of Jim: So put your tinfoil hat back in the closet, open your eyes to the truth, and realize that the government is in fact causing austismal cancer with it's 9/11 fluoride vaccinations of your water supply.
