I want an emulator for iPod Touch games. It'd be so cool- the mouse as the controller! I could just see an Angry Birds TAS run. That game RULES! Plus, it'd be useful for people who want to play iPod Touch/iPhone games, but don't have one. An idea for a name could be iVirtual or something. -C3po345 "AWESOME! Angry Birds TAS!"

At the moment, progress on emulation itself is rather slow, so you'll have to be very patient (as in, over many years). The implementation of TAS tools depends on many other things, such as availability of source code, stability, quality, and desire for the platform to have TAS tools. Unfortunately, there seems to be a lot of noise regarding "Ipod emulator", so there is no clue which one is good and which one is not. After all, emulators were written for the common masses, not for us.

There is a working iPhone/iPod Touch/iPad emulator, but it's only for Mac, and it's only for app development. I'd also love a rerecording TAS iPhone emulator, since if there's a game I'd like to TAS, it's Infinity Blade.

I'd TAS Bike Race from Top Fun Games, if anything!
If I could have a tool-assisted real life, I'd... Being a novice, I'd probably load the wrong state, have the IRS AI bankrupt me, and eventually make me want to kill myself and redo 11 years of hard work.

There is an Angry Birds game for Sega Genesis, beleive or not. It’s way too far from being as good as the original one, but… It’s TASable with existing tools ;) Link to video

Game app emulation wouldn't be particularly difficult. Stuff like graphics and audio can be handled through HLE of OpenGL/AL calls, from what I can tell.
