At 1:16 in your video, you use very small height for glide-glitching through the horizontal door; however, in many other places you climb quite high for performing that trick. If you record that successful jump’s data (Y subpixel position + jump length + character state [rolling/running]), you will be able to redo it in the other places. I also noticed going back in some places.

I'ts okay it was intentional, I was testing heights for the glide glitch and exploring the map, make annotations, and this hack was perfect for this, it was for fun :3

I am still working on Marble Garden zone in my Amy@S3K TAS. It’s so much labyrinth-like, and there are many places which look like possible shortcuts, but trying to perform stair clip always fails. Extremely frustrating stage.

I’ve improved Hydrocity 2 (Amy@S3K) by 1 frame today. The work is slow, but at least every single act is improved to date :) Still working on MGZ though. Sandopolis 1 will get a HUGE shortcut thanks to Evil_3D’s discovery. Sandopolis 2 will probably also be improved, as I also found some shortcuts, hopefully the moving objects with their frame rules will not ruin the improvement. (upd) this is a testrun of MGZ, up to the boss (I am still not sure if it’s possible or not to enter the boss room without the speed boots). It’s about 2 seconds faster than the current published version and uses a totally different route. I’m still not sure if this route is good enough, this zone is like a huge labyrinth.

I don't remember if I tell you this, but if not sorry, I found a new route in MGZ1 and my time is 0:46.24. I save my notes about this new route luckily and is possible the last stair clip without the speed shoes. This is a direct copy-paste from my notes

Thank you! I’ve checked it out, the route is similar to mine, but yeah, it is more straight-forward and thus looks more reasonable. I’ll do an optimized version of it soon, and tell you guys the result. Maybe you can do it better if you understood the strategy
