I stopped watching anime like 2014-2013~ but only a few months ago got back to it(must be the quarantine).
I would rather read manga than watch anime, animes adapations often get cancelled(stuck at 12 eps) for low popularity and the studios move on to the next adaptation(and the cycle restarts).
Mangas that I have read is:
Shadow Star.
Bokurano.
Hallucinations from the womb.
All of Junji ito works.
Yugioh (original 1996 manga).
Susuka(reading right now).
Akira (didn't finnish).
Devilman (original 1971 manga).

An update was made today to Gambatte that fixes a VRAM access bug that prevented a run of WarioLand II from syncing on console. Thanks go to TIKevin83 and the gambatte devs for putting everything together and making a test ROM.
jlun2 had posted the issue in the game thread less then a month ago, so seeing this wrapped up quickly and advancing console verification is pretty cool I think.
Was that a bug already present in upstream(sinamas gambatte)?
We only call a core SomethingHawk is it was developed by hawk devs specifically for hawk, and for now, all of those are in C#. I think having BizHawk as a name is the best option.
And why is this named DSHawk? It wasn't developed by the hawk folks but ported.
Keep the name "melonDS".
My favorite element of TASes are breaking game glitches.
I find this something that only a TAS can do and speedruns of the same game can't replicate.
I mean, I know there are glitches involved with speedruns, but in TAS you have full control over the environment. Speedrunners will never do frame-perfect inputs.
The most enjoyable thing for me on a TAS is when the player mess up the game so much, so that the game doesn't makes sense anymore.
For example:
Your objective is to save the princess, but you shoot a duck until the game skips to the credits because there is a programming error with the duck.

When my parents ask me what I want to receive. I say "another chance".
I say it.
It's way easier to find a lost grain of salt on a beach than checking if a person is depressed.
I don't care much about the rerecords counts, I think people look at it because they want to know how much "effort" was put into the movie, but that doesn't helps since you can easily modify the input file with a editor and cheat the rerecord count just to make them look "special".
What? Is that allowed? TASing a platform running under a emulator which in turn is running under another emulator even though there is a dedicated tas emulator for that platform already?
I'm glad the judges here are wise enough to make fair decisions and accept this movie, this shows they fully comprehend the whole audience taste to these kind of movies and its entertainment value.
