I don't think the current tier system would exclude adding a fourth tier where things like board games and more esoteric notable TASes could be published.
This is what i thought when http://tasvideos.org/3383S.html was rejected back in 2011. I really would like a tier for those board games or games like WarioWare, Professor Layton, Phoenix Wright, etc. just for the technical record. I don't think we should reject any submission because of the GAME, even if they're boring as hell, it's the technical fastest time with frame perfect text skipping or RNG manipulation that matters, at least for me.

I would say we should upload the videos in 60fps like we uploaded HD videos when YouTube started to support 720p and 1080p videos, which also didn't work well at the time for most people, because of browser differences. I can watch 60fps videos without a single problem with chrome and HTML5. If the browser isn't compatible yet, the videos run at 30fps, so I don't see a problem there and I'm pretty sure they're keep fixing bugs and stuff, just like it was when HD support got implemented. And someday 60fps is completely normal on YouTube just like HD is now.

No problems there. Could be related to HTML5 vs Flash, though. I don't use HTML5 because frankly HTML5 video in browsers just suck (flash is so much better, and yet flash is so much worse than desktop players).
On my end it's the flash player that doesn't work well, while the HTML5 player works great.

One question, why doesn't the "Bonus"-level count as a level?
Because it's not a level, it's a minigame.
Sry, didn't knew that Yoshi's Island GBA had more level, i thought there were both the same, so i didn't knew that bonus is a minigame, sry! xD

10 bit 444 encodes are encoded using x264 in 10 bit mode with 4:4:4 colorspace. colors are crisper and more detailed, without much of a change in filesize. old crap can't play such files, which is why the "regular" encode is still offered
that means 10bit444 movies have a better quality, right?

What's 10bit444? And what's the different to the "normal" movies?

Hello, i had the idea to make a list of all games. In this list we could collect:
  • all the games
  • which games are in WIP
  • which games are already done
  • and 100% or any% or "glitched" or something like that versions
I could make those lists for GB, GBC, GBA, NES, SNES, Wii and GC If this is a great idea i'll make this list, so pls comment ^^

Why? If/when any of the runs in your list will be made, they will use glitches if there are any worth using. Or else the run will likely be rejected. If you want runs without glitches, you are looking at the wrong place.
I meant the glitches that skips many "level" or things that can be interesting in TAS. Glitches are a part of TAS ^^
