See if Lsnes works for you
It works: But I don't know how I configure the emulator's deceleration and acceleration keys.

Do you use a 32 bit OS? Or did you not install the prereq files located near the download links on http://tasvideos.org/BizHawk.html?
I use a 32-bit system, due to the conditions. But I will try to find out about the emulator.

http://tasvideos.org/userfiles/info/66377775510951160 Movie file with truncation. I'm not sure if you're actually aware of this, but timing ends on the last frame of input. You should be truncating your input. Your mashing is also very questionable on its own. Along with a lot of the run itself. Also wondering why you used 1.13.2 instead of 2.5.1. Windows 32bit user? Regardless, movie is sub-optimal as shown by Spike lol
The current version does not work on my PC. Don't know it would do so badly.

Why and how ! I proposed to restart and remake this run to help the runner... He agree this proposal yesterday, but I don't understand why He submit this new run!!! I go to tell him to cancel and that it's not possible to make a good run in only one night.
I didn't quite understand. I already canceled the TAS, sorry for any inconvenience.. I will study this game further, because I am realizing that I am not fast enough to do a decent TAS (Or that my movements/routes are questionable). When I know better, I will be doing a TAS.

What's best for RTA might not be what's best for the TAS. It's important to test all possible routes, even if you think they're slower.
Okay, I'll do that in my next TAS (Using the right emulator this time)

I'm aware of the monetary values for each of the missions but have you actually timed the other 2 out and compared them to the window washing mission? I'm not saying it's a flaw in the TAS itself, that lies elsewhere. I was mostly just curious if this idea was worth looking into.
I played the game before doing the TAS, and I know that the first and third jobs are problematic (either because is slow, or because don't give enough money to go faster), being impossible to do them, since, I would have to do 3 jobs just to get the 300$

I'm wondering why Hard mode isn't used, is there a good reason for picking the "Normal" difficulty over the hard difficulty? Typically hard mode should be preferred, although I don't know what hard mode actually does so I'm wondering if there was a specific reason for not using it.

You can edit your submission, yes.
Done.

Wow this is a game I've considered running for a long time, it's nice to see it on the workbench. However, I also have concerns about routing, just based on eyesight in the second money earning stage. I question why you took a very slow route into the slow buttery substance. Ending this particular stage is only slightly faster than the RTA run, and that runner made a single jumping error, which means if he didn't it likely would have been faster than this TAS. I'm just strictly going by time remaining on the in-game timer. Just a hunch but I feel like this is pretty unoptimized, but that's not surprising since it's your first TAS. Also I'm going purely on conjecture, I haven't actually delved into TASing of the game. The lack of game submission text explaining your choices doesn't help.
But can I still add a text, explaining why I chose each thing?

One theory I've always had and wondered about whether it was actually faster to do the 2 other tasks besides the window washing one, since the window washing one takes around a minute to complete alone. It's just a theory but it's something worth testing. The best bet would be to simply optimize each room, take the frame totals added together and compare them with the window washing room.
About choosing the window: There are three jobs that can be done, the goal is to get 300$ to buy Donald's girlfriend's hat. The first is the job of delivering a letters, which takes longer, since I need to take at least 3 laps to get everything delivered. Giving me a salary of 140$. The second is to clean windows, which is the job that gives more money among the four, 180$ Third is basically a bird rescue mission, which will give me 150$ The fourth job is the fastest to win, it's basically going from point A to point B. Giving me 120$ The fastest route is inevitably the Second and the Fourth job, since both give 300$.

2 things to consider: - How much the lag would change if you stick to accurate emulators? I'm curious if there's visible difference in these terrible lags mid-level; - You take damage in a lot of places that doesn't seem to help at all, it just takes more time as the game freezes briefly during the damage animation. I will vote yes if i see a clear explanation about the tricks used, since there's no history of this game in the site.
There were parts that were inevitable take damage, since I depend on the RNG of bosses. This game doesn't have a lot of information or optimization tips, that means I had to create my route (even if it isn't the best one to use.)
