I got a problem. Player gets in the wall by RJ in the initial movie that skips Boss Rush posted by paosidufygth. That reminds me RJ may also be used to perform a glitch allowing Megaman to pass through walls like SA. However, it doesn’t work. I wonder why the same inputs result in the different consequences(though coordinates are not identical, I don’t think that is the reason because in RJ-movie Megaman gets deeper in the wall). Yes vote with no doubt. The current one(published in 2009) seems too old. I only watched my brother play this game and am not very famillar with it. So I am not so sure whether you could have any chance to get a star before some mini bosses. However, as what you've said, maybe it is impossible. I love this new run much. The final warp is amazing. Besides, I like the way you get passports(P&J). If you decide to redo this run. You may as well cancel the submisson. A small question. Where did pokefantom post the new glitch? I cannot find it here.

Perfect may be a little exaggerated. But at least seems so. I will call Unknown394 "he". No offence if she is a girl. Hey, Kurabupengin. I totally understand if you don't wanna be so strict with a rookie. Encouragement is necessary, after all. I don't, either. That's why I didn't say those to the previous run. However there must be someone being. Let me be the bad guy otherwise he will continue what he's doing, as what mtvf1 mentioned before, wasting time. It is a long story and trust me, he will never give up. So don't worry about those words. From my perspective, this improvement is more like in a RTA way than in a TAS way. I just hope he will focus more on tricks and try his best to do or tend to do a real TAS run.

Sorry, no. And will always be no till you know the meaning of TAS. I just can't understand why you keep submitting low-quality works. Yo do improve a bit, but that's not enough. And I bet there are still many places that can be improved very easily. What we need is a perfect run, pal. Obviously it is not. You can improve your own work over and over again. Why can't you spend more time and try your best to make a good enough one? If your skills are not so high just learn more in this site or you can pick some easy games to TAS.

We have a movie of this game now. It can be improved a little. [1043] NES Tom & Jerry by HHS in 08:37.22 I prefer an "all cheeses" movie instead. But that seems impossible because of the limit of candy(the item making Jerry fly). I wonder if there is any chance we could get all cheeses with some glitches or other ways.

Once he starts his attack, he cannot cancel it. So while his left hand is being used but right hand is not when his HP gets lower than 2000, that will happen. And it also delays his second form.

It saved about 25 frames for only beating chaos. For screenshot I'd like frame 47387 "three golden souls"and frame 27586 "meet Julius"

It is very easy. Just imitate our inputs, you will success. It is only for double jump, using high jump to the air doesn't work.

I am not sure if 00E4 is RNG. But it does affect enemies’ drop. I kinda suspect that 00E4,00E5,00E6,00E7 are all RNG but not independent. In fact, at many but all cases, the value of 00E4 is 8 values earlier than 00E5, the value of 00E5 is 8 values earlier than 00E6 and so on. For example, at frame 1000 the value of 00E4 is AA, then at frame 1008 the value of 00E5 will be AA and frame 1016 00E6, etc. In addition to RNG, there are other factors affecting enemies’ drop, too. One of them is the game time, sorry I forget its address. And there are more. I failed to figure out the rule of enemy dropping, it is too hard, after all. That’s why I am stuck in GRYO MAN now(the other reason is that I am working on Castlevania AOS). If someone can solve this problem, it will help a lot. BTW, are you working on MM5 now, Hetfield90?

Yes, majority of the time. I don't know other factors affecting heart drop either. But I have to say if we can get a heart from each enemy, it will take much less time to restore MP used for Giant Bat glitch.

I am trying rhebus' drop script. Predicting an item or a soul is of good use. But for both big and small hearts it doesn't work that well. I wonder how to use it to predict hearts. BTW, fz-last and I are updating the new 100% run and the route now is decided.

Yes! I love this new movie very much. Actually it surprises me a lot since I didn't check forums before. I was wondering why you didn't make a 100% run. Couldn't these glitches be used in a 100% run? Really hoping to see a new 100% run :)

As a matter of fact, magics cannot reduce Nathen's falling speed. But when he uses them, he will fly up and stop in the air for a while, which means his falling speed will be affected by acceleration of gravity less. I mentioned that zggzdydp used this trick in his 100% rate movie. You can watch that movie to know more.

I want to make a movie with new categories. But I have some questions now. What does glitchless refer to? Certainly DSS glitch and warps belong to glitch. However, is it a glitch as well to use specific magics to reduce Nathen's falling speed and let him climb the high place where he cannot arrive in a normal way like what zggzdydp did in his 100% rate movie? And how about entering the Arena by freezed enemies? As far as I am concerned, the main reason why the published movies look a bit boring is the skeleton form(DSS glitch)instead of other glitches. On the contrary, warps are really interesting. Without skeleton form, Nathen could not beat bosses instantly and he has to gain exp and some useful equipments before a serious fight. So I think "No skeleton form" is also an appropriate category. I cannot make a decision. Hope others' suggestions.

You are right. We need to save some MP. All suggestions you give are worth considering. I am sure that there will be a better version. If with a new route as well, I think it will be a huge improvement!

Uh, I admit that. So let's expect the better version together. If allots MP appropriately, there will be more MP left to be used to zip to Claimh Solais room. In this movie, we cannot do that since we don't have enough MP. Before we got to Chaos room, Soma had run out of all his MP.
