I'll look into glitching the pumpkin switch. Meanwhile, I did a bit of testing and it's possible to grab everything on the slope by the entrance without using talon trot or sliding in from above; However, it's probably faster to get the top set of ledges with talon trot or as a termite. Man, that termite is sloooooow. Juju cannot be fed from anywhere besides it's platform. The first hut you break spits out notes, so this should be the one to the right of the village entrance because you can grab the notes when you'd walk by it twice anyway. I ALMOST got the witch switch jiggie as banjo using talon trot. Kazooie's head was at jiggie level. Soooo close... Finally, the game's sliding physics is wierd. Also, the Beak Barge move doesn't cancel easily. It even slides you up slopes that would normally make you slip instantly and doesn't cancel when you enter water. Too bad it's so slow to perform.

*new arrival* Is anyone still considering this run? LSK mentioned being willing if they got route help a few months ago. I noticed something odd while fooling around; When you're talon trotting you move twice as fast up a slope if you're sliding from a jump. I haven't timed it, but alternating hop and slide seems a bit faster than normal talon trot on level ground. As for route planning, are we going for 100%? Or bare minimum? Either way, our route in Mumbo's Mountain should visit mumbo's village twice: once to get the beak buster and once to feed Juju and turn into a termite. So, tentative route plan: 1)Ascend to village and learn Beak Buster. (close to start, required for 4) 2)Learn Talon trot (quicker movement) 3)Clean out slopes en route to 4 4)Clean out gorilla area, learn to egg, hit witch switch 5)Return to Mumbo's village, clean out, turn into termite 6)Clean out slope below Mumbo's house as termite 7)Termite mound 8)Underwater notes as termite 9)Exit as termite This route will probably be completely rewritten later and is still a little fuzzy on what to collect at 4 1/2 vs at 6. That's what testing's for.

Hey, is it just an illusion or does putting Z on autofire make you walk about 10% faster?
