ok i have played it now. the screenshots really doesn't say much. the frame rate is very smooth. i couldn't get the new models to work... i just downloaded that first file (
http://prdownloads.sourceforge.net/deng/deng-inst-1.8.0.exe?download) and i already had the doom games (all of them). but i had sprites for everything. no problem. the nicest things about the graphics are the lights. all lights have a halo that lits the walls and stuff. the particles are nice too.
but the best part is MULTIPLAYER!!! omg this was an old dream but it was very hard to set games up even with zdoom. but here there's a server and i just got in a coop game it's sooooo goood run smoothly without lag, and there were like 10 people playing. i play cs, and halo and it lags even with 5 ppl playing. here it didn't lag. it's great.
