Yeah but foods high in protein generally take longer to make. Unless you're eating something like peanut butter. Maybe my appetite just shuts up good enough for me on one shake.

I have no idea what that shake thing is. It's probably an American thing. Anyway yeah cereal is probably the easy choice, it's what I used to have when I was a kid and still ate breakfast. adelikat, any suggestions on a good breakfast with lots of protein? I don't know a lot about different kinds of nutrients and stuff.

Breakfast? I prefer some nice relaxing sleep during breakfast. Then go to class during lunch, and eat 2 or 3 dinners. I suppose this doesn't fit the "healthy" or "breakfast" part. If you want that, try a Hooah! bar. Those have lots of protein. (Just ignore the US military part and they are good).

I had the same problem bag had. That was at home and now I'm at school, so maybe it would work better. Or something. Might try later tonight when I get bored of typing my paper. You know, like 10 minutes from now or something like that.

Do the brown and white eggs differ in their contents or taste somehow? I wasn't aware if that is the case.

You make it sound like I'm waking up in the morning, at "breakfast" time. Hell no. Today I woke up at 8:30 pm. Other than that, great contribution to the discussion! Some anecdotes and a suggestion, great stuff! Although that's probably also an American thing, that bar. But still.

I'm not sure of the nutrients but I no that the white ones are good ol grade A american eggs. Interestingly, french prefer the brown ones.

A good-sized glass of orange juice can be a nice breakfast addition as well. And it's easy to prepare, with the aid of gravity.

If you're worried about the speed of the breakfast, try Meals you can eat while sprinting out the door. I like meal 6, they put Go-Gurt in a wrapper in a cup, very efficient.

I'm not afraid to say that Go-Gurt is probably the dumbest idea for food I've ever seen.

Thanks for the suggestion adelikat, there's only one problem. I'm not aware of any egg brands sold in Sweden where the eggs are from chickens fed only natural roasted grain, and with no drugs or antibiotics used. If I did know of such a brand, I'd buy so many eggs you couldn't even count them.

Fabian, perhaps I've found one thing better about US than Sweden? I'm sure I'm missing something.

It sure looks like it. We need to keep in mind though, that I am by no means an expert on eggs and brands and the way in which chickens are raised here. So we shouldn't jump to any conclusions, there might be a perfect box of eggs just waiting for me in the store. Well, almost perfect, the name would probably suck. You can't have everything though.

I needed to remove myself from lurking due to my excitment over the fact that Phil's Chickens are Cage Free! Amazing

Thanks for informing us of this. I now don't see how any eggs I could find in stores here could compete with the awesomeness that is Phil's Fresh Eggs. Welcome to the forums!

Businesses are going international more and more. Perhaps Phil will embrace this growing trend and you will soon be showered with eggly goodness.

God let's hope so! Until then, I'll have to stick with cereal or no breakfast at all!
