I know many people out there probably won't like this TAS cause they think the game is bad. I can agree at some points, but I think you can become accustomed in the game like I did, cause I didn't find the game so funny before but now I think its ok. And I didn't make this TAS only because I thought it was fun, I wanted to give people a view over this rare game as well. Anyway I thought the game would be short if you only play to round 3 (which might be fun for those who didn't like it :P) so I played to round 6. Another thing I wanted to do was to play the game different. Like " high punches only" or "low punches only" but I found that so hard to manipulate so I didn't play in that way.
Story
"Welcome to the toughest brawler to ever come out on the NES. Well, it
was the toughest fighter released in the 1980's at least, right? Well,
ok, it had to be the GREATEST street fighting game released in 1984!
In this game, you are a street tough who is out to prove that you have
the toughness to knock any opponent out. You begin with three "lives"
in reserve, which means when you lose your third scuffle (a single round
of fighting), your game ends. You can tell when you or an opponent is
close to stopping their fighting ways because of the open sewer (where a
vanquished street tough is tumbled into). Keep going till your body can
not fight any longer. Such is the call of the street!
However, to truly be considered the Urban Champion, you must get the
Round Counter to total 99. From this point on, you will be the true
Urban Champion due to the Round Counter never surpassing the number
 ninety-nine."

Hope you like it!

Bisqwit: This movie lacks a well-defined goal, and it's very boring to watch. Rejecting.
If you had demonstrated some previously unknown feature of the game, it could have been considered. (Don't ask me what would that "unknown feature" be. It wouldn't be unknown if I could answer.)
Oh, and removing the ROM link. We don't allow those. You should already know it.
Diman: Ok. I thought it was only was forbidden to ASK about rom files, but sorry, it won't happen again.

Diman seems to have a talent for picking games that don't make interesting runs...

You should do snes super ghouls and ghosts, several people seemingly want to see that :)

That game's quite long, and you can't throw in any direction either. But it looks nice and it's hard to play without taking it safe, it might make a good TAS.

Yeah, I think the genesis version is better, but eh, a lot of people dont know that, and seem to think the snes one is.

I played through the game yesterday in professional mode, and I must say that if someone can do this fast, even with tools, (mostly second stage's boss and the guys that shoot lasers out of their noses. They usually take quite a while to kill.) It'd probably make a really nice movie, someone should do the SNES version.

GBA Ghouls & Ghosts is better, because it has new stages and you can choose your path (similar to Castlevania 3), and you can get that special weapon without restarting the game.
"Genuine self-esteem, however, consists not of causeless feelings, but of certain knowledge about yourself. It rests on the conviction that you — by your choices, effort and actions — have made yourself into the kind of person able to deal with reality. It is the conviction — based on the evidence of your own volitional functioning — that you are fundamentally able to succeed in life and, therefore, are deserving of that success." - Onkar Ghate

Yeah but unfortunately this "talent" don't help me too much. Isn't there anyone who like this game? If not so I want to make a Toki TAS. I know I should stick with one game like the rockin' kats movie I'm workin' with, but who say that I'm not can work with other games? I will soon make a topic about Toki. Want to beat this record: http://tasvideos.org/forum/viewtopic.php?t=1765

You call rejected movie a record? Man, you're so sweet. :D

Actually, that wasn't my main point. The question is: do you seriously think that beating a movie that got rejected mainly because the game itself is really uninteresting (and the run is still unwanted, mind you!) would do any good? I think not. If you don't want to continue your Rockin' Kats, you could try to improve one of currently published (and at least somewhat appreciated — say, have a rating of 6.0 and higher) movies.

Yeah man I could do that. Maybe its better to stick with one game after all.... But its difficult to not play some other games, its a big temptation.
